Can I pick the equipment up instead of using delivery?
We only offer this option for approved customers.

Can I use a single rental for multiple jobs?
Yes, however this is only for approved customers who have verifiable commercial insurance and suitable trailers with the appropriate weight limits.

Do I need to replace the fuel I used in the equipment?
Yes. If you don't have a clean diesel can, we can lend you one.

Why type of fuel does the machine take?
All our machines use diesel and must be refueled using a dedicated diesel can to avoid contamination from other fuels.

Can customers use their own attachments on your machines?
No. Due to the possibility of contaminants in hydraulic pump systems, we only allow our attachments to be used.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under most circumstances, but we will try our best to reschedule your rental due to weather, disasters, etc. One exception is if we cannot deliver your machine for any reason.

No call-no show on the day of rental will be billed in full.

What is a Damage Waiver?
A Rental Damage Waiver is an agreement between the rental company and the rental customer that limits the rental customer’s financial responsibility for loss or damage to rented equipment in exchange for a fee, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and any applicable state law.

  • Misuse or abuse
  • Exceeding rated load capacity

  • Ingestion of foreign objects
  • Any damage to tires including punctures or blowouts

Do I need to purchase the Damage Waiver?
Yes. The damage waiver is required to rent from Blue Dog Equipment.
